We are currently expanding our team and we are on the search for an Office Coordinator who can support our administrative work with different projects and tasks.
Indicative Key Responsibilities:
- Support the company in day-to-day office/admin activities
- Play an active role in the follow-up and implementation of agency policies and procedures
- Handle general administrative responsibilities, i.e. regular cross check of vacation and home office requests
- Administrate and order social packages to the vendors, i.e. vouchers, fitness cards, business trips, etc.
- Participate in the implementation of the evaluation system
- Design training plan and coordinate training sessions
- Support in recruiting activities, i.e. recruitment and on boarding process, etc.
- Support the daily life at the office - meetings facilitation, fruits, coffee, etc.
- Coordinate the agency internal events - spirit-ups, team-building, off-sites etc.
- Support the accounts with operational tasks
- University degree
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Must display enthusiasm and flexibility
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English language – verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure and within deadlines
