Office Coordinator - Job Opening

We are currently expanding our team and we are on the search for an Office Coordinator who can support our administrative work with different projects and tasks.

Indicative Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the company in day-to-day office/admin activities
  • Play an active role in the follow-up and implementation of agency policies and procedures
  • Handle general administrative responsibilities, i.e. regular cross check of vacation and home office requests
  • Administrate and order social packages to the vendors, i.e. vouchers, fitness cards, business trips, etc.
  • Participate in the implementation of the evaluation system
  • Design training plan and coordinate training sessions
  • Support in recruiting activities, i.e. recruitment and on boarding process, etc.
  • Support the daily life at the office - meetings facilitation, fruits, coffee, etc.
  • Coordinate the agency internal events - spirit-ups, team-building, off-sites etc.
  • Support the accounts with operational tasks
Skill Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Must display enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English language – verbal and written
  • Able to work under pressure and within deadlines

Additional requirements – will be considered as a plus:
Degree in HR / Organizational Behavior
